What this article covers
This article contains instructions for how to change and/or update your profile picture. This will update your profile across all platforms (Workday and Office 365).
- Go to the Eagle ID website: https://www.fgcu.edu/adminservices/business-services/eagleidcard/Update-Your-ID-Profile
- Click the GO TO FGCU EACCOUNTS button.
- Click the Sign In button.
- If prompted, log in with FGCU Single Sign-On: enter your FGCU Email Address and Password, then click Sign In.
- Click Upload Photo to edit settings.
- Select Click to Submit a New Photo.
- To change your photo, the Terms and Conditions must be accepted.
- Review the Photo Requirements to ensure your new photo complies.
- Upload an existing photo from your desktop computer or photo gallery on your mobile
smartphone. - Once your photo has uploaded, you will receive a confirmation that the photo has been submitted.
*NOTE: This does not mean it has been approved or denied - Your Profile picture will update in 24-48 hours.
- . If your photo is denied, or if additional information or action is required, you will receive a message in your FGCU email. (If denied, use the link in the email to resubmit a photo meeting the requirements.)
