If you're receiving unwanted calls, you can block numbers you no longer want to receive, including calls with no caller ID. In this article, the following is covered:

The following steps enable you to block unwanted numbers.
- Select the Calls tab in MS Teams and then select the more or ellipse
option to the right of a phone number you want to block.
- From the drop-down menu, select Block.
Note: To block anonymous calls, select Settings and more next to your profile picture at the top of MS Teams and then choose Settings > Privacy. Select Block calls with no caller ID.
Managing blocked numbers
The following steps enable you to view and manage blocked numbers.
- Select Settings and more
next to your profile picture at the top of MS Teams and then choose Settings > Privacy.
- Select Edit blocked contacts under Blocked contacts to see any numbers you've blocked and remove them from the list (i.e., unblock the caller via the Unblock button).
