The Microsoft Office 365 tools are available to download and install for all FGCU Faculty, Staff, and Students. This document will provide instructions on how to download and install the Office 365 suite on your personal device.
Step 1: Go to:
Step 2: Once on that page, log in using your FGCU credentials. You are going to click the Install Office button.
Step 3: Select Office 365 apps.
Step 4: When the installer finishes downloading, double click on the file to install.

Step 5: Once installed, use your FGCU credentials to log in for authentication.

You should now be able to use the Microsoft Office 365 applications, even if you switch to a personal account. You may be asked to log back in using your FGCU credentials after a few months to re-authenticate, but once completed you should be able to continue using a personal account once again.
