Accessing your FGCU email on a mobile device

You can use the Microsoft Outlook app to access your FGCU faculty/staff/student email and calendar from your iPhone, iPad or Android phone or tablet.

Install the Microsoft Outlook app 

The Microsoft Outlook app is available to install on Apple iOS and Android devices:

Apple iOS

1. On your phone or device Download Microsoft Outlook from the iOS App Store and then open it
2. If it's your first time using Outlook for iOS, enter your full FGCU email address and password: then tap Add Account

   Students	[e-mail]
   Faculty/Staff	[e-mail]

   If not, open the Menu > Tap Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account
3. Enter your FGCU account password and tap Sign In
4. Accept any prompts for permission you may receive. Swipe through the features and you're now ready to use Microsoft Outlook for iOS!

Android

1. Install the Outlook for Android app from the Google Play Store and then open it
2. Tap Get Started if this is your first time. Otherwise, to add another email account, open the Menu > Tap Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account
3. Enter your full University email address, then tap Continue
   

   Students	[e-mail]
   Faculty/Staff	[e-mail]

4. Enter your FGCU account password and tap Sign In or Next
5. Accept any prompts for permission you may receive. Swipe through the features and you're now ready to use Microsoft Outlook for Android!
