Accessing Voicemail Remotely

This article contains information on how to access your voicemail, and manage your voicemail settings.

To Access your Voicemail settings 

  1. To access voicemail remotely, dial 239-590-1550 from any phone.
  2. Press # and enter your office extension.
  3. Enter your voicemail PIN and press #. 

Changing your Voicemail Greeting

  1. Once logged into your voicemail, press the following buttons:
    1. 4 - User Preferences
    2. 3 - Record / Change Greetings
    3. 1 - Personal Greeting
  2. This will begin a recording for your personal greeting. 

Changing your Voicemail PIN

To change your voicemail PIN you may call Christian Welsh at (239)-590-1115 or Mike Forbes at (239)-590-1125. Either of these individuals may help you reset your 8-digit PIN to a new one, sent directly to your @fgcu.edu email.
