This article contains information on how to use the ITS Self-Service Site. The site is designed to allow you to search for information on how to achieve specific tasks, as well as manage your requests, or submit a new request with ITS.
Search for information
At the top of the Self-Service pages there will be a search bar. Depending on where you are will determine your search results. Pages with sections of articles will return search results yielding results specific to articles. If you are reviewing your requests you have with ITS, your search results will be specific to those activities.
Manage/Create Requests
In the top right section of the Self-Service pages you will see "Submit a Request" and your profile link as the image below:
- Submit a Request will take you to online form to create a new request with ITS.
- If you click the drop down next to your Eagle Access ID you will see two options, "My activities" and "Sign out". Selecting "My activities" you will be able to see all of your requests, including any you may have been CC'd on.
- Select any request, and you are able to update with information, as well as change the status to "Solved" if you were able to resolve the request yourself.
- To return to the "Home" screen, simply click the home icon on the top left of any page.
