This article contains the steps required to block a sender on your list as well as how to unblock them
Outlook Desktop Application
Blocking a sender
- Right-click a message from the sender you want to block, and then click Junk > Block Sender.
- The blocked person can still send you mail, but if anything from his or her email address makes it to your email account, it’s immediately moved to the Junk Email folder.
Unlocking a sender
- Right-click a message from the sender you want to unblock, and then click Junk > Never Block Sender.
Outlook Webmail
Blocking a sender
- Go to Settings
- At the bottom of the pane, click Settings>View all Outlook settings
- On the left pane, select Mail > Junk email > Blocked senders and domains.
- Under Blocked senders and domains, enter the email address or domain that you want to block and hit the "Enter" Key
- Select Save
Unblocking a sender
- Go to Settings

- At the bottom of the pane, click Settings>View all Outlook settings
- In the left pane, select Mail > Junk email > Blocked senders and domains.
- Under Blocked senders and domains, select the
to the right of the address you would like to delete from Blocked senders and domains.
- Select Save
