There are some considerations when moving an account from one Qualtrics account to another. This action has to be competed by Qualtrics support, and may need approval from your Qualtrics Brand Administrator and FGCU's Brand Administrator.
In general, Qualtrics recommends you manually move your account unless you have a lot of data you want to move. Moves of users may take up to 2-3 weeks according to the Qualtrics documentation.
