How to resolve audio issues
If you're having trouble hearing others in your Teams calls and meetings, the problem is either with your speaker not working, or with your microphone. If other participants can hear each other well, the problem is most likely with your microphone.
To check your audio device settings:
- Verify that your device audio settings are correct by using the Mic drop-down.
- Adjust settings as needed or select More audio settings if you need to dive deeper into the issue.

- Verifying your browser settings
- Unmuting your microphone
- Reconnecting your microphone
- Checking your sound settings on your computer system
How to resolve video issues
If you're having trouble with the camera in Teams, we have some suggestions to help you get back on track.
To check your audio device settings:
- Verify that your device video settings are correct by using the Camera drop-down.
- Adjust settings as needed or select More video effects and settings > Settings if you need to dive deeper into the issue.
