- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft OneDrive
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Teams Calling (requires logging back into your phone)
To resolve these issues, sign back into the applications using your new password and go through the 2-factor authentication (2FA/DUO) prompts as required. To sign into FGCU's resources, always select the Work/School Account option if asked to differentiate.
For Microsoft Teams Calling: After you conduct a password reset at any time, you must exit and reopen MS Teams to reset settings (i.e., reboot). You will also need to reset your phone (log back in). Click the FGCU Desktop Phone Quick Start Guide and complete Steps 1 - 7 on the first page.
