An Authorized Account Requester (AAR) is a designated appointee for their department who may submit a work orders to Information Technology Services (ITS) for the following:

All Deans and Directors are automatically AARs. Additional personnel may also be appointed as an AAR by the Dean/Director. An updated list of appointed AARs can be found at: List of AAR's

Getting Started:
How are employee accounts created:
Employee accounts will be created the day the “Recruitment Process” is completed by entering the personnel data into Workday.
How does a new employee receive their EagleAccess ID:
- Upon completion of the "Recruitment Process", an email will be sent to the address they applied with (i.e. @gmail.com or @yahoo.com)

Requesting additional employee access:
- Complete and submit the Access Request form
- If the employee needs access to another departments resources, please have them contact that departments AAR and submit an "Access Request".
How to terminate an employee:
- Inform the employees manager to initiate the termination (in Workday) as described in the "Terminate Employee" job aid
When an Employee changes jobs:
Per Information Technology Services policy, after a “job change” all access must be re-requested by their AAR.
- All network resources (department share folders, cross-department drives, and membership on department distribution lists will be removed on the effective date of the new position

Quarterly audits:
- Information Technology Services will contact the AARs of select departments to audit who has access to departmental resources (i.e private drive folders, cross department drive folders, distribution lists, etc).
